A&A Hooligans is a mobile mechanic serving Pretoria and surrounding areas, South Africa. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and why. We have written it with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) principles in mind.

Information you give us

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, WhatsApp/phone number, vehicle make and model, and a description of the problem. You may also choose to give your email, area/suburb, vehicle year, the service you need, a preferred date and time, and extra details. We use this only to respond to your vehicle repair enquiry, arrange an assessment or repair, and keep a record of work requested.

Anonymous website analytics

Unless you decline, we record anonymous first-party analytics: pages viewed, time on the site, the general type of device, browser and operating system, the website or campaign that referred you, your country (as reported by our hosting provider), and clicks on WhatsApp, call and enquiry buttons. A random visit ID is kept in your browser tab only for the visit. We do not store IP addresses, use advertising cookies or fingerprinting, or try to identify you. If you later send an enquiry, it may be linked to that visit so we can see which pages helped.

Enquiries are stored in a secure database that only signed-in, authorised A&A Hooligans team members can access. We do not sell your information or share it with unrelated third parties. Our website hosting and database providers process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as needed to provide the service, keep reasonable business records, and handle follow-up work. Anonymous analytics are kept for reporting and may be removed periodically. You can ask us to delete your enquiry information when we no longer need it for a legitimate purpose.
